These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by OneStop Tyre and Auto. By booking, authorising, or receiving services from us, you agree to these terms. All quotations provided are estimates only unless otherwise stated, and final pricing may vary depending on additional faults or issues discovered during inspection or repair. Any additional work required will be communicated to the customer before proceeding where possible. Customers authorise OneStop Tyre and Auto to carry out the requested services on their vehicle, and if additional repairs are required for safety or roadworthiness, we will attempt to contact the customer before proceeding; however, if contact cannot be made, we may proceed only if the work is urgently required for safety reasons. Payment is required upon completion of work unless prior arrangements have been made, and we accept standard payment methods including card and cash. Vehicles may be withheld until payment is received in full. While all care is taken during servicing and repairs, OneStop Tyre and Auto is not responsible for pre-existing faults, normal wear and tear, or issues unrelated to the work performed, and we are not liable for any indirect loss including loss of use or inconvenience. Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is legally registered and safe to drive unless otherwise agreed for repair purposes, and we are not responsible for fines, infringements, or legal issues relating to vehicle condition or registration. Any parts supplied and fitted remain the property of OneStop Tyre and Auto until payment has been made in full, and warranty on parts is limited to the manufacturer’s warranty while labour warranty may be provided at our discretion depending on the service performed. If a vehicle is not collected within a reasonable time after completion, storage fees may apply and reasonable attempts will be made to contact the customer before any charges are applied. While we take care to ensure all work is performed to a high standard, it is the customer’s responsibility to return the vehicle for inspection if any concerns arise after service, and we will assess whether issues are related to the original work performed. All personal information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, including in situations involving unsafe conditions, abusive behaviour, or non-payment history. These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time without notice, and the latest version will always be available on our website.
